    In this course, you will learn about the seven energy leadership levels that affect your attitude, relationships, and decisions in life. Each level has advantages and disadvantages, but can be consciously used to reach specific goals. During the course, you will learn how to use your attitude to change the way you view the world, how you approach problems, and how you interact with others.

    NB : The course includes 3 modules of 5 sessions each. One session of 2 hours per week. The full program will take 15 weeks to complete.

    At the end of Module I, it is highly recommended to Take The Energy Leadership Index™ (E.L.I.) Self-Assessment online test.

    It is also possible to have individual coaching sessions after the ELI test.
