    This course takes participants on an in-depth journey through all phases and steps of transformation, starting with the development of a transformational vision. The course is designed to take participants through the creation of a balanced transformation strategy to the design of a digital business model and its implementation. Participants will practice digital transformation through a variety of exercises and will learn how to use different tools and methods to achieve transformational goals. On the last day of the course, trainees will participate in a simulation game where each individual plays a specific role. The purpose of the simulation game is to ensure effective application, internalization, and understanding of the course objectives.
